- At any Level (satellite or online final), any player can buy in for cash + fee.
- Any player can only win one entry into any of the online Weekly or Fortnightly finals.
- IntertopsPoker.com ’s package will include: $10k cash for use as tournament entry and $3k cash contribution towards expenses.
- No cash awards will be made from Satellite game seat wins to the next level. All prizes are entries to the next level of the competition with the exception of the final, the prize for which is a $13k Package to each of the winners. This money will be paid into players online poker account within 48hrs of tournament completion. The only possible way for a player to be paid a cash award is if there are insufficient entries in a satellite to cover the cost of additional seats to the next level. In this instance, the nature and value of any award will be determined by IntertopsPoker.com whose decision shall be final.
- Sit & Go feeders when used in the tournament structure, will be multi-level where winnings at any level are taken in the form of tokens which are non-cashable. Unused player tokens at the end of the tournament are non-cashable.
- It is the individual winner's responsibility to ensure that all travel documents (passport and visa, as required) are in order and to obtain any required travel and medical insurance.
- By entering the WORLD SERIES OF POKER, Las Vegas - USA Online Final or Satellites players agree that their real names, aliases and images can be used for promotional purposes.
- By entering the WORLD SERIES OF POKER, Las Vegas - USA Online Final or Satellites, players agree that, should they win a Package, they will wear IntertopsPoker.com Operator apparel (hats and/or T-Shirts) provided to them and will wear the apparel in accordance with the instructions of IntertopsPoker.com management.
- The awarding of all prizes is at the sole discretion of IntertopsPoker.com management and any decisions taken by management in this regard are final.
- Winners of a package at the WORLD SERIES OF POKER, Las Vegas - USA Online Satellites and/or Final tournament can not sell, trade, assign or in any way transfer such package to another person.
- As in all tournaments, players may not sit out. Players who are not present shall be "blinded off" and their hands folded until they have no more chips and are eliminated.
- All satellite games shall be Single or Multi-Table, no-limit Hold'em tables, following standard IntertopsPoker.com rules.
- The prizes will be displayed in the tournament lobby as registration closes for each tournament.
- Decisions as to players' eligibility to enter the WORLD SERIES OF POKER, Las Vegas - USA Online Final and/or Satellites and to remain in and compete in the same are at the sole discretion of IntertopsPoker.com management and any decisions taken by management in this regard are final.
- IntertopsPoker.com management reserves the right to deny entry to WORLD SERIES OF POKER, Las Vegas - USA Online Final and Satellites and/or remove a player or disqualify a player from same and any decisions taken by management in this regard are final.
- IntertopsPoker.com management reserves the right to change the rules and/or structure of the WORLD SERIES OF POKER, Las Vegas - USA Online Final and/or Satellite Tournaments at its sole discretion. Any decisions taken by management in this regard are final.
- Players must be of legal age to participate in any of the tournaments.
- IntertopsPoker.com shall in no way be liable for any injuries, losses, damages or expenses suffered or incurred by any winner of a Package as a direct or indirect result of accepting the Package and participating in the WORLD SERIES OF POKER, Las Vegas - USA.
- LEGALITY, INFORMATION DISCLOSURE AND TAXATION OF WINNINGS:
IntertopsPoker.com jealously guards its participants' privacy. However, there may be circumstances in which disclosure of information to regulatory or fiscal authorities is necessary or desirable, and IntertopsPoker.com reserves the right to release information in such circumstances. Please note that IntertopsPoker.com cannot advise on the tax position of winners, as some jurisdictions treat poker wins as tax free, while in other jurisdictions such proceeds are taxable. If the winnings are taxable in your jurisdiction, you are solely responsible to keep track of and report your winnings to the appropriate authorities. Likewise, IntertopsPoker.com cannot advise on whether the playing of poker over the internet is lawful in your jurisdiction. You must establish that your participation on IntertopsPoker.com is lawful in your own jurisdiction. - Any players who do not redeem their Rounders tokens (if applicable) whilst this tournament campaign is running are are eligible to an entry in an invite only freeroll with a prize value equivalent to the sum of all unused tokens, (i.e. no matter what level / value they have). A special freeroll will be held on a date and time to be confirmed. Regardless of the number of tokens held, players will only get one entry into this once-off tournament. All players in this event will start with the same number of chips.
