Q: Why are we asking you to provide us with personal documents?
The security of our customers is our greatest priority. It is necessary for all customers retrieving large amounts from their account and those utilizing specific deposit options to provide their personal documents e.g. utility bill, bank statement, Drivers’ License, credit card to confirm that all information supplied is authentic, and so as to conform to all rules and regulations set by Law.

Q: What format can be used for the documents?
The format in which the documents can be sent is optional, though JPG and GIF are preferable. The most important factor is that all the information islegible and photographs recognizable.
