The player software at IntertopsPoker.com offers many exclusive and indispensable features. Whether you are a new player or an experienced poker player, we are sure that the features outlined below will enhance your poker strategy, success and enjoyment at the poker tables.
Player Notes
Our Player Notes feature gives you the invaluable ability to enter information about the other players at the table. You can do this by right clicking on any player and selecting 'Edit Player Notes'.
To view these notes simply position your mouse pointer over the player for four seconds. An added advantage of this feature is that these notes will be saved so when you come up against a player you have played previously, the notes will still be there. Taking notes can help you to win against players with different tactics.

Game Statistics
The Games Statistics box displays your personal statistics in percentages such as the number of games won, flops seen, showdowns won and where you tend to fold. You may reset your statistics to zero at any time. This useful feature enables you to check how you play.
Player Chat
If you are playing at a table or observing a game, you can type and send chat text to the table. All players watching or sitting at the table can see this text. This feature can also be disabled if desired. Be sure to read through our Poker Etiquette.

1-on-1 Poker Action
IntertopsPoker.com offers Heads Up, or 1-on-1 games, for Texas Hold'em, Omaha, 7 Card Stud and 5 Card Stud. This feature is when only two players play against each other. 1-on-1 Poker uses the rules of the poker game except the blinds are reversed so that the Dealer plays first.

Find a Player
Do you want to find your friend who may be at the tables? Fancy sitting down next to an opponent you always beat or perhaps take revenge on a player who beat you last time round? By entering a player's Poker Alias, the 'Find a Player' feature will tell you whether the player you are looking for is connected to the network, and if he or she is seated at any specific table.

Multi-Table View
Another indispensable feature of IntertopsPoker.com is the ability to view and play up to 6 tables at once, without having to keep minimizing and maximizing tables. Not all Poker Rooms offer you this! By clicking the menu button you can opt to change the table size to Large View, Normal View or Mini View. The Mini View option will allow you to comfortably fit up to four tables on your screen. Note: You may open up more than four tables with this feature.

Screen Size Choices
You can run the IntertopsPoker.com software in full screen size for optimal performance using DirectX 800x600 16-bit mode, or alternatively run it according to your standard desktop resolution.

Activating this feature will display the value of your current poker hand at the table (Of course only you can see it!).This feature is especially helpful for beginners.

Game Markers
This option enables you to see exactly how much money is in the pot as it grows, and how many players are still in the game for each betting round. Another handy feature that helps you to keep an overview and makes the game easier for beginners to understand.

Show Borders
Use the GREEN and RED borders to help you follow the game. A RED border means the player still has to make a betting decision; GREEN means he already has. The next card(s) are dealt once the border for all players still in the game is GREEN.

Multi-lingual Software
If English is not your mother tongue and you don’t feel comfortable playing in English, that’s no problem.
You can switch to other languages by clicking on "Menu", then "Languages". There you can choose from German, Spanish, Italian, French, Greek, Dutch, Turkish, Chinese, with additional languages coming soon!
After you have made your choice, the software will restart to switch to the language you have selected.

Time bank
Time bank enables you to access additional time if you want more time to think about your hand. There is a limit to this time.
Click the time bank button in the time area of the game to access the time bank, if you do not click the button you are automatically timed out as usual. This button is activated when you receive your first time-out warning.
For example, ten seconds remaining. If you opt for extra time, your time bank is accessedwhen the normal time allotment expires.

Cash Game Lobby in Chat
A new tab in the chat area enables you to view a list of tables in the same stake value and game type as you are currently playing in, which enables better access to multi-table play.
A list of tables in the same stake groups is opened as currently playing in. This enables you to easily search for second tables when playing multiple tables without having to leave your present game and miss a hand. This feature is only available in the large view of the table size.

Tournament Lobby in Chat Box in Game Play
The MTT Lobby is available via the Chat View during game play, which enables you to access tournament information without leaving the table.
This lobby is accessed via tabs at the top of the chat box, which makes switching between chat, tables and MTT info while playing very easy.
The following information is included: players remaining or total entrants, chips in play, tables remaining, largest stack, smallest stack, average stack, blind level – current, next Level, time till break, tournament description, players in tournament – positional list, prize Information and more! This feature is only available in the large view of the table size.

Fold and Show Option
This option can be used in tournaments and ring games to to show folded hands in play, which creates an even more realistic game play and enables the acknowledgement of good call folds.
Please note:
This feature is available throughout the hand but only in a heads-up situation or at showdown.

Deal Making
Deal Making enables players on the final table to make deals regarding the final prizes and enables players to settle tournaments without playing to the end.
Please find all details in our poker software by pressing the 'Help' button, then 'How To...in Tournaments' in the left column, then on either 'Make a deal in a Tournament' or 'Accept a deal in a Tournament'.
